The two MLs are brothers (real bio brothers with same Mom and Dad) and they have once literally fought each other almost to the death due to MC. It's def a love triangle now. And there were some instances of threesomes, once or twice, I think. But spoilers if you wanna know... . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . One of the brothers is suicidal and is planning to die alone soon. So it might end with just one ML, but if this is going to have a happy end, it would be that all 3 of them end up living together happily.
