Isn’t this basically "Secretary Gwanggong’s Survival Diary?" They both have an ML who’s the boss of a construction company, the MC is a beta who gets dropped into a story and later becomes an omega, and the ML even gives the MC gloves. I mean, they have more similarities than differences.
