All I could say Roger is an entity born from forest, remember when Richelle said smell about scents. Mrs otis smell is expensive perfumes, Allen Otis something like medicine, Servants have strong rose smell and Rogers has forest swamp smell.

Neil Otis "is" a bad man. And I know what Rogers did was bad but he isn't human, thoes feelings he learnt from the Neil Otis's brother. (He is in the cover) And thoes feelings were underdeveloped and turn something twisted. Real villian to me is not Rogers but Neil Otis.

It's Edgar Otis (man in the portrait, in the cover). He's Otis family's founder Neil Otis younger brother and the reason behind Rose mansions curse. He has auburn hair and green eyes just like FL. Rogers Walter, the tutor, has no specific form, so he has adopted Edgar's appearance, but with black hair and red eyes. Neil Otis hated his brother but Edgar loved his brother, after they lost family and wealth they were took under the wing of Countess Sylvester the matriarch of the family and didn't like Neil and wanted Edgar to became her heir, but Edgar who was weak and sick was groomed by his brother and refused the position, he often went out to forest by himself where he heard voices with male female children all together and he became friends with that entity, Edgar was kind and wanted to see that person he was talking to, then that entity took his form that look like Edgar.. and there were lots of conversations and Edgar named him Rose, that was his nickname when he was a child, they will meet everyday and Rose started dream of them being together and travel around with Edgar he loves so much but suddenly Edgar stopped coming, and he waited for him, then finally Rose went to meet Edgar and saw him sicka nd lying in the bed, he could feel that Edgar didn't have much time left so he asked for what he wants. But Edgar who loves his brother so much asked Rose to help his brother, Rose who was new all of thoes feelings and only learn from Edgar felt betrayal because Rose could save Edgar, but Edgar choose his brother, He hated and loved him, so to fulfill his wish he went to meet Neil Otis whonwas drinking and wasting money in a bar, Rose asked what he thinks of his brother Edgar, Neil said bad things about him which made Rose more angrier, then Edgar died. At the Funeral Neil cussed and blamed Edgar who was already dead for his misery and countless Sylvester kicked him out, that's when Rose went to him, to make his wish come true, he wanted wealth money..so it became true, because whatever he touched became gold, and their wealth never dimmed no matter how much money he spent. Then One day Rose came to the manor to repayment of their deal.
