The original story, Ahn dies from an infection and Beom goes with him in the afterlife because he couldn’t live without him. Then they are reincarnated with memories of their past but they think it’s dreams. So it’s a tragedy love story with a happy ending in the future.

the ending was so rushed like the author just want to end the story. we need more honestly and it would be good if there was a epilogue or something to make the story complete.
