I remember reading this manga but now i cant find it anywhere since i cant remember the title! Trying to find it is driving me nuts!!

It starts out with a boy, his parents have a houseguest over and that same night the man comes to the boys room and forces himself on the boy. A few years later the man returns as the boy is walking home from school with his girlfriend. The man pushes the boy down on a car and forces himself on him again in front of his girlfriend.
The boy has a few wild years of partying, i think he worked as a host maby? The man shows up again (i dont really remember this part well)
The boy gets himself togeather and starts working, only to have the man show up as the boss of an important company. He insults him and has to make amends to the man.
Turns out the man went and forced himself on him each time beacuse he wanted him to be the last person he had sex with before serving a prison sentence.

I probably missed alot of the plot here, but if anyone could help me find this i would be grateful, i hate it when i cant find what Im looking for!
