I don’t really see anyone else talk about this but it’s really hurtful reading from dohuns pov and feeling like yuwon doesn’t love him anymore.
In ch. 77 when yuwon smiled at seongmin but continued to act awkward with dohun and here where yuwon acts bothered to see dohun arrive home when dohun was probably excited to go back to him.
Id be hella mad at seongmin too if the loml I waited for over a decade to reunite with blatantly prioritized some rando over me

Exactly what I was thinking.
From yuwon's pov everything dohun did seemed eerie, weird and kinda scary but from dohun's pov I genuinely can't stop crying because everything yuwon does seems so distant, avoidant and hurtful, when to dohun, yuwon is literally his entire world, he is the only thing that matters.
Both of them can't properly understand their own feelings and it feels almost impossible for them to understand the other, I fear this will not have a happy ending :(
A part of this stems from Dohun doing as he pleases in the name of Yuwon's happiness. However we're forgetting a huge aspect of their relationship: one's desires contradicts the other's. At the end of the day Dohun has only acted on his own desires not actually putting Yuwon's feelings into consideration.
Yuwon, being the the fawn that he is goes along with it.
e.g. moving Yuwon into his home when he was unconscious to refuse and had a hand in his eviction leaving him with nowhere to go, he wants him to come to him about the workplace bullying but yuwon lies saying they've left him alone he actually mentioned the reason why: he doesn't like the idea of not being able to do something without him, he also wishes for him to leave work to essentially depend on him but Yuwon doesn't he doesn't want to quit work bc it'll make him feel useless yet as the story progresses we see his behavior grow more erratic and increasingly reliant on him.
Yeah I completely agree, Dohun can't even comprehend that yuwon isn't actually a part of him, he is so delusional about yuwon that he kind of views him as an idol or a romantic character destined for him like in his story book.
He is not a good person at all and that's why in yuwon's pov we feal so suffocated by him.
Dohun also tries to understand yuwon by taking what other people tell him about emotions and feelings and immediately enforcing them on yuwon without properly taking the time to understand him.
However despite knowing all that I think the author is so talented for still making the reader really wear dohun's shoes in his pov and feel like the things yuwon does also feel irrational and cold and distant even though we know and understand why he is acting like that is a lot of it due to dohun's own hurtful actions.
I just love this story so damn much it's so well written.
It was a pretty short manga. A lot story between a golden haired, puppy looking hero and a dark hair, long ears demon king. The demon king was immortal and could piece his body together after being blown to bits. The hero had a sad backstory where his village abandoned him because he was too strong and he wanted to live with the demon king. When they start to fall in love the hero dies and then wakes up as the same species as the demon king and they reunite and live together and the story ends with their happily ever after.
LMAOOOOO ten years late to the discussion but wow ! Sentiments in mangago were differenttttt. Wdym you hated the slut character and wanted the seme to end up with his cousin. Not to mention they’re both high schoolers and the seme an adult cmon yall, no one mentioned that. Not to mention x2 spying on your high school cousin as an adult with binoculars through their window is strange. People were also really bothered by slightly nonsensical plots but I feel like I come across them so often this was nothing. I’ve also read so many bl that have their characters as prostitutes so it’s strange to see so much hate for it.
