The Uke is probably going to end up with the red haired Wolf anyway for these reasons:
1: both are the main characters/protagonists.

2: they have the most screen time.

3: they got the most positive character development, yes even the Wolf in later chapters he does begin to care about the Uke and save him a couple of times.

4: most artworks feature them either together or standing the closest to each other.

5: the white haired snake can be considered the primary antagonist and a secondary character.

6: the white haired snake doesn't care about the Uke at all and only sees him as a toy/pet/belonging and this will get worse since he bought the Uke.

7: at the end of the raw of chapter 40 there is an unfinished artwork of them together with a banner with CP written in it which the Chinese use as internet slang for couples, lovers, character pairing, or a canon pairing.

8: the white haired snake is the main reason the Uke is being abused and suffering to begin with, and did much worse things including:
paying 3 guys to beat the Uke up.
drugging the Uke with a aphrodisiac.
letting the Uke almost get raped while he just outside waiting for it to happen.
indirectly both killed and sold the Uke since he agreed with pink slut's idea to become merchandise.
modified the Uke's genes before the Uke and the red haired Wolf even meet so he can be a tool to mess with the red haired Wolf.
pushed his head under the water in the bathtub.
locking the Uke against his will in his mansion.

9: the manga's second title: Love, which makes us one can imply that this might be a manga where love conquers fate, since although the Uke isn't the red haired Wolf's real fated mate the Wolf still begins to care about the Uke and fall in love with him.

10: when the Wolf first meets and smells the pink slut's pheromones all he sees is the Uke until he is snapped out of it and he sees the Uke again when pink slut offers him cake.

But despite these reasons nothing is set in stone nor confirmed by the author anything can still happen there are still chances the Uke could end up alone and return to his peaceful life, the reasons are just a speculation on why the 2 might end up together.

They are saying it cause they either deny themselves, haven't realized, or don't see that despite the obvious evidence in the manga that white haired snake aka Danqing is a lot worse than red haired wolf aka Bailang is, they are so focused on the bad stuff that Bailang has done that they completely ignore and turn a blind eye to the even more horrible sh*t that Danqing has done even when those horrible things are done right in front of their eyes to Xiaobei, so in short it doesn't matter that Bailang began to treat Xiaobei better later on, for them its fine that Xiaobei keeps getting abused, suffers, and gets raped so long as its Danqing doing it cause he's the white haired ''good'' guy in their eyes.
