I apologize to the people who like this manhua, but the way they went about that was so f***ing st*pid???
Obviously, the songs from that book would run out and the people stealing would try to steal again. You have TECHNOLOGY, take pics of the book or copy them onto a private social media account or a link-only blog and bust them when they use the lyrics in a song. That public humiliation stunt at the concert was so unnecessary, mc was put through so much unnecessary trauma. Ugh.
Don't get me started on her parents. Yeah, sure, you can be too busy with your job to make time to visit your daughter, but that obviously wasn't the case, seeing as you had a whole a** son in that time period. And finding out through a CHRISTMAS CARD????? WHAT THE F*CK???? I understand surprises, but maybe do it *gasp* in person???
I honestly won't put much blame on the mc though. Her frame of mind seemed fragile even before all that sh*t and everyone was hiding info from her as if those weren't HER lyrics that were stolen.
