Best way to recover is from your backup source. Other than that, Disaster Recovery software is the next option but consider yaself extremely lucky if you get everything back...

going into the future it's a good idea to partition your computer's drives so you have a backup or backup your files to an external hard drive

But those Page 50-3 look like the mangaka's afterwords which normally talks about that manga, sometime the mangaka draws characters in different look.

Just search out a group (I would use google and the term 'scanlation' and the type of manga you want scanned - ie shounun/shoujo etc.) and then try emailing or messaging the website admin of the site.

Most scandalation groups have insert a page about them with the translated mangas where the name is and how to contact them. Just find a scandalation group here on this page and than write to them
