I disagree. yuu may have come on to him first but when he said no and to stop and chiharu pinned him down and continued, hurting yuu, it became rape. He made it worse saying to yuu that 'since he was seduced first he refused to apologize'. that statement in itself shows chiharu knew he was wrong.
OK I see your point but think like this for a sec OK if someone starts to have sex will try to seduce someone okay they get on top they are virgin and penetrate the self just cuz it hurt they want to stop but it's too late because you initiated it yourself so it's not right to call rape
I'd agree if chiharu hadn't have made that comment. If he'd checked on yuu's condition or... well not apologize, but express some remorse or concern.... Chiharu handled it terribly. and i guess their age had a lot to do with it but chiharu still has a long way to go before i can begin to like him. （￣へ￣）
