I think it's just an act to make others believe she's treating him like a "toy." Others may get suspicious if it's to peaceful between them, if it seems like she's doing nothing to him at all
she didn't rape him, she did left some marks on his neck and houlder only for show (so her family will think she molested him, because that how it works in their immoral family, roxana was given a fricking kamasutra book when she was only a kid, rape is probably one of the torture they usually do to their victims), roxana even apologized while basically saying "bear with it, this is necessary so we can be safe"
