It's honestly really cool. And I get so invested when he begins diagnosing/treatment cause I try diagnosing alongside the MC.
Although I gotta say, I found some interesting things to be noted. I can't say it's a wrong description but it's not as accurate. In case anyone else wants to know more hehe-
For first Chapter, MC talks about Cirrhosis. Cirrhosis is mainly related to the liver. Essentially it is a condition where the liver gets damaged, healthy tissue gets replaced by scar tissue( in simple words, bad kind of tissue) and this can cause compression of blood vessels, in particular, the portal vein. The portal vein is connected to veins in many parts of the body and if the portal vein is compressed, this increases tension even in other veins. One of these connections is with the veins of esophagus. (This is bad cause say you keep blowing air into a balloon. This increases tension in the balloon and can cause rupture. Something similar can occur in blood vessels)
The appropriate term for the patient's condition is 'esophageal varices' a condition where there is high BP of portal vein, causing hypertension of esophageal veins and possible rupture. This can in turn cause hematemesis (vomiting of blood) and even black stool (as a symptom). And portal hypertension(high BP) can be caused by a number of factors, with cirrhosis being one of them.

So from what I remember, the story is BL and kinda incest. Basically the uke is the older brother who was outlasted from his 'home's cause he was a fox(? I'm not sure if he's a defect wolf or a fox but he isn't a pure wolf) while the seme is the younger half brother who is now the leader of the Clan(uke's home) He is a pure wolf. The uke lives in this village and he meets the seme and his sister once again in the village. The uke works at this one tea stall and he likes the owner of the tea stall but the owner has a girlfriend. The owner opened the tea shop to earn money to take his girlfriend elsewhere. So there was this small promise made by the uke that he would return(after he was told to get out) and the seme thinks he didn't fulfil that promise. But the uke did go back to meet the seme and the sister but he ended up getting badly injured by these wolf guards and almost lost his life. Does it ring a bell? ╥﹏╥

It was okay. Not bad but felt like it was missing some oomp on the plot. Again, like most BL's, more effort to the smut than the plot. It's like eating a lightly seasoned meal when you'd prefer the chef go heavy on the spices. On another note, the artist should really work on a horror BL or something cause those ghosts scared the living lights out of me. Like BL ghosts are either hot or just meh but this one was like actually well drawn. And I dissed one of them cause it didn't look scary and then the very next panel made me shut up
