It was just someone uploading the official version from lezhin. I dunno who's uploading these chapters but in lezhin I think its only upto chapter 12. It says on the first pages of these new chapters that its just for personal use and not to upload to manga sites and you can see they've got that toonkor watermark so its just rough translations but I guess someone was eager to share or something

Nah. They didn’t reincarnate. The first panel was the uke from the first story before the first story took place. The second and the third panel was the seme and ths uke from the second story before it took place. All 3 stories started in the same time frame/generation.
