i think it has something to do with the admins on here erasing their credit.
look on chapter 168, page 2 at the very top to see what i mean.
as for why they skip, they say they're only doing the chapters they have in-hand. which means they probably dont have the chapters for that arc, who knows.
they said if they have time, they will go back and do it.

when you upload a chapter, it doesn't upload right away. says it has to be approve (which i think is lame)
ouu mybe it's cause lots of people would upload low quality chapters or snipe from other uploaders. so u probably have to wait for the mgg team to approve your update idk
that's really frustrating.
