The main character is a male(korean) , he transmigrated back to the past as a younger brother of an emperor who was written to be a cruel ruler.
But they have a good brother relationship
-the mc also has a wife which they treat very well. They even made them seaweed soup for their birthday which became famous around the kingdom.
-the manhwa ended with the mc returning to the modern world but his brother(the emperor) was also there as an actor this time(he remembers everything)
