The week before I posted this. The previous uploader dropped this manhua and put up an announcement regarding the author's constitution.
If you look up the author's twitter you can see it all there. That's why I am so shocked that after the arguments and people so shocked and sympathetic regarding the announcement someone just picked this up and everyone seemed to have amnesia all of a sudden and as if the announcement did not happen.

I think Yus Liking Ran has long been happening since in the novel. It is revealed in the last chapter that Yus' mother taught him that if he falls in love and wanted to completely own the person then he has to kill them. So I think Yus in the original novel already liked ran so he killed her, now since the isekai'd Ran knew that Ran in the novel was killed by Yus she kept changing everything and telling yus not to kill her since she's just a temporary head and Yus will still be the head of Lachia.
But little did she know that Yus did not kill Ran in the novel because he hated her or because she is a threat to the position of head in Lachia, but because Yus Likes Ran lol
So all her actions are futile coz she'll still die lmao coz that's how Yus will show his love to her. But let's hope that he will not do it or even try to attempt it in this timeline.

So for those of you who missed it and thinks that Tae Sung is sus well he def is. He be feeling guilty and scared that Soo Young is gonna find out that the reason his uncle was killed was bc of a power struggle/war of the gangs which involved Tae Sung. That time he was there and if I'm remembering it right there's a fight and Soo Young's uncle is a police?? and he got in between then he got killed. Tae Sung is feeling guilty over that and moreover when he found out that Soo Young is the nephew/kid that uncle is taking care of. So now it feels hard to say that he isn't hiding anything to soo young coz he def is. lol but who the hell won't you ain't even sure Soo young's gonna look at him the same wat when he finds out. Another spoiler-ishh thing which was also Hinted or Flashback-ed in the previous chapters were the time when Soo Young's uncle went to see him to inform him that he be going for a while because of work. After that months passed and his uncle came back dead
. I think his uncle's work involved investigating the korean Mafia and that time during his "work" soo young's uncle was caught up in the power struggle where Taesung is involved. He died and Tae sung knows that bc he was there when it happened.
Now notice that everytime Soo young mentions his uncle in front of soo young, Tae Sung Flinches and Darkens. It's coz he's afraid Soo young will find out that his beloved uncle died in Tae Sung's watch.
Another theory that's foreboding in the latest chapter. Remember that one of the big mafia leader that was kicked out to china during the previous gang war (where soo young's uncle is involved) came back to Korea bc of the Gang Power Balance tipping more to Tae Sung's side after he killed Kang-il? the one who stabbed Soo-young.
They mentioned that another gang war will be happening soon. And since Soo Young is Now Tae-Sung's "WEAKNESS" it is obvious Soo young's gonna get involved in it. Possibly a chance or an opportunity where he'll learn that he'd be going through the same situation where his uncle died in.
Since that Mafia Leader that came back from China knows Soo Young's uncle (saw him in the flashback in the prev chaps) coz he's also there during the power struggle maybe he'll be the one spilling the beans Tae Sung is trying so hard preventing.

Just to share I have a cat and he's not particularly super healthy so I always worry he'd get sick bc he does that from time to time since he's a kitten. We're not well off and I got him while I was in university no job and only relying on my parent's money.They objected heavily on me rescuing him because I am still paying for my tuition and we cannot even feed ourselves. But I insisted always cried everynight and did everysingle thing I can like not eating just to save money and borrowing money from friends just so I could take him to the vets until he grows enough so that he's not that fragile anymore. And now I even fell out of love from someone I was together with for four years. Pandemic hit and none of us in my family has a job so I had to grind sidelines and beg fro work from others like doing simple things just to get paid so I can feed my cat. When I finally got a job I was paid so little I could barely sustain our bills our everyday expenses let alone my cat's food and emergency fund. I am so busy working two-three jobs that when my partner started asking me for time and he started to complain that not even sa single reply from me for three days straight. Yo I did not even hesitate to remove him from my life. I won't be entertaining distractions and those who're treating "my problem" as light. What I need is something that could feed my cat. and could always take him to the vet whenever he's sick. I'll dump even those who I've planned my future with. So I TOTALLY understand him, I totally get why he also does not want to talk to ML about it. Currently he is fine but just three weeks ago he has trouble going. I always worry because I always make sure he drinks plenty of water and to soften up his kibbles before giving it to him. He's like a ticking time bomb sometimes he goes and blood would be on his litter so I am always on alert and goes on panic. Well, technically he did not lie he did not say that he hated him but just left it unanswered. I can totally understand that tho coz dude you would also hesitate to tell him coz now he would ask you the big WHY. He has a cat relying solely on him.
I really can't put myself at the same page as most of the readers here regardless wether they are continuously reading but is dissatisfied or if they dropped it.
I started watching the anime waaayyyy way back like 2014 ? I think, I was still fresh from highschool, I was dissatisfied that the anime is not continued and was left like that but I did not find the manga right after. It took me at least 3 years to finally decide that I should search and read the manga. At first I was not amused that livi isn't growing up pretty soon and I dropped this. After a year and a lotta chapters piled up, I started reading again and was amazed that I got up to this moment without even thinking like "why's livi still small?" or "why's there no development on the romance" when that's all I ever complained about last 2019.
But as I see the bigger picture and was shocked, not sure if everyone noticed that details but there is a chapter here where I noticed a dialogue on I think Livi (I think 20 chapters back from the latest one)
saying "a lot has happened this year when Nike came" smthn like that and boy I was surprised just a year has passed?! still?! no wonder livi hasn't grown XD that's a valid reason mygosh.
But yeah I've long ignored his small built and the fact that there's no romance development yet, bc there are far more things to be addressed before all of those that's why the title is as it is. So I'm waiting and savoring every moment before the final thing we're missing which is livi growing up and finally romance development. But so far I enjoyed reading and unfolding all the great mysteries of No Rain in this story. So yeah I just feel bad that a lot of people dropped this and most are just coming back to know what happened to Nike or if livi has grown yet. I think there's more to this story than just the both of them. That's why the title is written as "The world is still beautiful" we can learn many things from just the way they portrayed the world and how ugly it is but even tho it is still beautiful and u should not focus on the ugly things happening which is the true nature of Humans. peace (●'◡'●)ﾉ
Maybe I'm finally too old, too married or too obtuse in general to bother about his body's height when the overarching plot heavily focused on him growing up mentally (like, what was Nike supposed to DO with a brat all grown up? A guy her size with the emotional range of a potato? What's that even good for?) and showing how hard a thing to do that is, when the whole world needs to grow up and at every corner he encounters road blocks acting like himself, earlier versions, versions that show him "That could've been me if I never changed". I mean honestly, we ourselves learn this as we grow older: you can learn a new trick but then you interact with the world outside of your own bubble and that smart new trick clashes heavily with the growing process of other humans.
And this story says: Those are not your responsibility (hear that Nike?!) but you can pull them along while stubbornly refusing to stop growing. Painful? Plenty. Ardous? Sweat galore, truthfully. Worth it? Only you can answer that.
