They did already read on the first pass, the second pass is to backtrack to people who may have been missed on the first pass, and the other lists are next I assume after, including comments, any non-rated manga and any other bugs due to system glitches. Id assume that the list mix ups will be resolved naturally as they get through each step of the process. :)
