I would inform my younger self about a mental health disorder that I was unaware of at the time so that they could get help earlier on and get treatment so they hopefully wouldn't have to live with it for as long as I have. reply
My social anxiety which has controlled my entire life. I think if I just didn't end up having it then my life would be so much better now/perfect so far as I still struggle with it to this day and I'm sick of it.
