I dont believe Jaeshin is a ghost. I mean it was said he is half breed son of Yeomra (god/king of afterlife) and at some point he was talking about his human form. I think him being a ”ghost” is just a bluff.
I think so too, but at the same time I also believe there are different names for their category/rank but most human refers to them as ghost even if they technically may not be ? (๑•ㅂ•)و✧?

I think when he talks about his "human form" it's about when he changes from a puppy to a literal human (people can see him, because he is half human and can't see his brothers for example, as they are ghosts)

Well, the seme already sort of got his way because now the uke has been broken. Yes, he did awful things because he couldnt care less about anyone or anything. Now he feels sadness and pain (self caused) and he is already punishing himself but trying to cope the best he knows how to.
