Sorry guys, but for some reason, I don't feel any romantic chemistry between Phileo and Varia when they're on screen together. I really don't know. I don't hate Varia. I like her but yeah, no romantic chemistry for me.
Yeah it feels like he had a love at first sight moment. Varia is at the moment more interested in spending time with, and getting to know Leo. She's more fond of Leo since Leo is just much more sociable, and gives the adults around her the feeling of being with a friend, so shes more comfortable and fun to be around.
Honestly mee too. I love their family dynamics, varia fit right with them, but knowing the plot it feels like forced. Like the plot rules imposing that phileo must fall in love with varia. The sudden switch to lovestruck also feels like an act. I honestly feel more chemistry when they are pretending at the banquet. Smthing just feels lacking even tho the right ingredients are in
Oh me too. Felt like twas forced for the plot. Maybe due to Phileo’s cold nature, can’t really feel any romantic vibes from him to Varia lol. She felt more like an adult friend of Leo. Might’ve been better if the plot was they just get along because of Leo.
