So I stumbled upon this beautiful creation yesterday and just finished the latest chapter. One thing I really like about it is how the art has subtle details, which gives readers room to interpret the story (quite freely?). But for someone like me who likes to understand the story thoroughly it drives me nuts not knowing the subtle meanings it has, so I reread it and I'm gonna ask for other interpretations or what people think the author and the artist want to portray.
Just so you know this is full of spoilers until the latest chapters so if you haven't read until then don't go any further.

chapter 0: just an introduction that doesn't really have anything to do with the plot right?

So about Kyon using that knife he got from Lucaon in chap 17 to cut his tattoo. I've read other threads and people say 1) that he only severs the master-servant bond and doesn't kill himself (cause the knife can kill royal bloods so it makes sense it can dispel their magic and it only grazes his neck so he's not injured at all/not critically injured) 2) he is killing himself --which means the later chapters are events that lead to that scene in chap 1 or 3) it doesn't actually happen, just there for the sake of intro
Personally, judging by Kyon's personality (like how he just doesn't give up on life and tries to find work to make a living, and how he can be stubborn in choosing to stay at that mansion cause it pays well even though he doesn't like master at first), I don't think he's the sort to commit suicide, so it's possible he's just finally done with Lucaon's bullshit and be like f**k this sh*t I'm out it's been lit fam brb psych pece out mf.

The incident that killed Lucaon's family was supposed to happen right after he rescued Kyon. But now Kyon's all grown up but he just appeared out of nowhere? Like it's been years, where have you been bruh? probably just been through assholerization process tbh

"You know how that feels? How arrogant" 1) someone pointed out that it could be Lucaon saying that to Kyon since it's possible he knows what the servants are thinking through the bond 2) it's Kyon imagining Lucaon's response in his mind
The first one is not likely. If masters know what goes through the servants' minds, then the poisoning couldn't have happened. So as shown through Sihan, masters know what servants are doing and where they are (like they can see their surroundings and hear things they're saying and stuff) but the bond isn't telepathic.
Oh and I forgot to point out...Lucaon's mom has silver hair? And bluish green eyes? Like Kyon? That could just be a coincidence but Vampire Knight got me thinking...are they related? Like Kyon's mom could be related to Lucaon's mom or something? Unlikely and cliche af rated 5/10 for fangirl theory but 10/10 fangirl logic

I think that Lucaon raping Kyon might have been because 1) he gets turned on by our baby's pure, innocent and honest reactions and tries to control himself, like that zero part of him which probably is the sadistic side of him finds that reaction a boner bonanza or smth 2) the scene after where he mopes about his past could mean he sees how pure and innocent this angel is (screaming ily with heart eyes and all) and, uh, gets triggered? idk someone tell me why after he gets turned on he thinks of him killing his dad. Is that like a fast way to kill boners or smth? But right after he calls Kyon in tho? smh Lucaon you're hopeless if thinking of your dead fam can't stop you from being horny. 3) or he gets turned on, chases Kyon out to try to calm himself (and da d) but then thinks about his past, gets triggered, and bangs Kyon to cope with his misery. It could mean that he is hurt and is lashing out at this innocent creature to maybe make himself feel better about his situation cause he feels vulnerable about his, uh, feelings or whatever? Like he can't stand that Kyon is making him FEEL and he likes to put the lid on his feelings/discard emotions (like throwing the photos out) so he's mad and is hurting him to push him away?

So in this page Kyon can see that Lucaon's apologetic but too tsundere to say it, which leads him to become bolder I guess. But the next part confuses my ass so much so I'm just gonna lay it all here (the theories I mean) 1) by "can't get torn" does he mean "you can't rip it" or "they're indestructible"? Leaning towards the first cuz our seme's so strong he can tear anything (including dat pale ass) apart. 2) "Only brought a few with me, if these get torn..." it could mean two things: that if master keeps ripping it i'll be naked so it's a f**k proposal everyone, OR it could mean he won't have any more clothes so he'll leave? which isn't likely cause when they visit Sihan Lucaon threatens to rip his clothes again. Whatever it is Lucaon gets the meaning and has that emo brooding cool sadistic seme face.
So, after that we see the flowers which means it's spring. Kyon's been there since winter. Probably not there for more than half a year.
chapter 8: the famous sex scene huh. I'm just gonna point out a few things. 1) Lucaon doesn't have anything to do with the shower scene, since as I said, he can't read the servants' minds. 2) The sex is kinda like a test? of some sort? idk seeing Lucaon's facial expressions towards Kyon's reactions makes me think he's sizing him up and "you're so weak and useless" could just be him reprimanding himself through Kyon (too much a stretch? maybe) and also http://www.mangago.me/read-manga/royal_servant/uu/royal_servant-chapter-8/7/ what does this mean exactly? the downwards glance intrigues me so much. It could mean he expected better, like for Kyon to have more of a fighting spirit, so when he keeps sitting there he might be let down, maybe
chapter 12: So the balcony scene happens. 1) People say he bangs Kyon as a punishment cause he might be jealous of Logan, like when they went to Sihan's mansion and he corners Kyon. There's cause to think he's jealous since he says things like "Was it good to see him again?" and "Didn't you want to see the flowers?" which hint at being territorial (I think, fangirl logic don't fite me lol) but idk I have so many doubts like it could just be bc Kyon's not following the rules (which seems to be Kyon's assumption cause he apologizes) but then Lucaon asks why he apologizes. (could just be dirty talk maybe i'm reading too much into it) 2) oh and he's simply using his strong grip on Kyon's ass to hold him fam, he doesn't need to use powers.

chapter 19: So is "...stop touching him" a sign of jealousy? Or because he sees Kyon being uncomfortable being groped in the face? either way it shows that he cares. Oh and also we see the development huh. Is Lucaon allowing Kyon to touch him, as opposed to earlier chapters in which he didn't, bc he's starting to feel (after Kyon showed his loyalty in chap 17) or bc he has a conscience that he's taking energy from Kyon so he meets him halfway? Hopefully it's the 1st one but I don't like getting my hopes up too much.

That's it fam. If anyone has other interpretations pls feel free to discuss. But if you have answers pls let me know i need some clarity (where u at zedd) and a story like this that can portray subtle details through drawings alone are worthy of discussions imo.
