I kind of get what you mean, but even so i don't think we will mind even if they "fall deeply in love" coz it will be in their own toxic way so it will still fit the manhwa's vibe. Like, seungho is prolly already in love in his own way, and nakyum will just be too overwhelmed to resist seungho's requests but still show him signs of aproval instead of crying and rejecting him.
i honestly do want to see them fall deeply in love. during this time period, for them to be together would be a total taboo, and that's the whole thrill of it all. forbidden passionate love under any circumstances. it's what makes historical genre stories so entertaining lmao. of course, it'll take quite some time to reach that point if it ever even happens.

I don't love Taku, he has something in his sight don't know what but I'm not feeling it. And I'm not really a fan of Joowon too. Haesoo tends to get on my nerves. I want him to take a decision, to cut all ties with Joowon/Taku. But I know how it can be hard to do.... So i'm here waiting for him to grow, be independant, I don't want him to suffer.
This story is always sad, there are no joyful characters and it's becoming quite heavy to read. I hope to have more twists in the next chapter because right now my reading is just making me mad and anxious.
