Lucky dice is a saying that usually refers to chance or destiny and I think in terms of the title for the series I believe it is referencing the risk or chances taken in order to play with fate.
In my interpretation of the name I think it refers to the MC and the ML. Jeongyoon took his chance that night in asking Hyeonsoo to sleep with him even though he was gambling with the risk of being rejected. However his offer was accepted even if it was in a drunken haze. He was lucky that MC was very sexually compatible with him. This in turn spurred Hyeonsoo to seek out a physical relationship with Jeongyoon. Which he also took a gamble on asking him to continue it directly even though for majority of his life he has been heterosexual. It’s fortunate that as they spend time together their relationship and feelings for each other deepen. which is a direct result of them both being proactive despite the odds. I feel like the dice is a metaphor for their relationship or even just their actions. In which they choose to roll and gamble on in hopes that luck will land in their favor. Hyeonsoo and Jeongyoon both decided to roll their lucky dice on each other. This is just how I interpreted it. I hope this wasn’t too long and that the way I explained was understandable.
