i don't even wanna get into kelly and diana because it's just 3rd couple filler slop that isn't fun to read, my issue is faye and irene. to me, they are so interesting as a pair but they really aren't good for the story THIS manhua wants to tell. they don't fit in considering the overarching message is literally about how wlw attraction is normal and should be accepted in society, the cruel way irene manipulated faye into fearing men and even letting her believe she killed a man just doesn't fit into this story... it's so odd that the 2nd couple are like this and it really just undermines the whole point. you can do stories like this that are dark and show toxic relationships but in a manhua about wholesome change, this unhealthy dynamic is just jarring and weird to read. main couple is truly amazing, great development and know when to be serious and when to be lighthearted.

a part of me truly believes that people are inherently monstrous and evil ergo will take pleasure in the suffering and death of people they deem to be evil. this goes for both israelis (who are guilty) and iranians (who are not guilty). unlike israelis, iranians of all ethnicities are not colonial settlers nor the descendants of people who have mi......

from all the different attempts at humour that i have ever seen in historical manhwas, the statue bit is probably one of the best and most hilarious ones, only rivalled by the 'joe is a pervert' bit from 'side characters deserve love too'. stupid good but the humour is genuinely tasteful and very funny in this one which really helps.

it really is amazing.

i read the first 5 chapters ages ago and thought it wasn't that special... BOY WAS I WRONG this is one of the funniest and most charming manhwas EVER. reniel is an extremely funny and complex character. giselle's character has been seen a million times but she's so gutsy and sweet sometimes that you forget she's just another quirky korean woman isekai-ed into this world

(maybe because this is her real world)

the true villains of the story make this so refreshing and interesting. even when the characters make dumb decisions, it's compelling and understandable. i love this story.

judging by the comments it's shit, can never find any healthy, closed poly stories other than boyfriends which is too boring/slice-of-life (not to mention you can't even read it without remembering the hate train where everyone being transphobic to the creator), if anyone knows any poly quads/trios lmk i need it like air

if you're thinking about reading this, do it, you won't regret it, 10/10

i hate this manhwa for giving me such bad 2nd ml syndrome. nora ily but norshu will NEVER hit me like jershu does. i love/hate the 'fl's old ass husband has a son who is the same/close in age to her but they can't be together because she's technically his stepmom' trope and unlike 'a stone thrown in a lake' which only has this situation in timeline 1, this story commits to it in both timelines and kills me. never thought i would prefer the blonde guy to the stereotypical black hair ml but here we are

i can see why people like this because it definitely wasn't boring but for me, there was so much wrong with this, zeno and kuro ending up together was weird, kuro doesn't even speak like wtf she felt like an animal to me and if there was a warning, that would've been cool... also all the incest stuff played off for laughs near the end was odd. i know it's a common trope in jpn but maybe tone it down LOL if it's gonna be a trope, make it trope, don't just shoehorn it in at the end i wasn't prepared for that bs. oh right and the actual plot, mc was lowkey immature but that was fine, it was the ML that really threw me off. he's still the same guy also i think bertia and og!heronia are supposed to be different, right? but i just can't see that much developmental difference between bertia/ogfl, it felt like ogfl (from the original game timeline) was just in bertia's body and og!villainess bertia was in the new heronia's body. oh and skinny = good, fat = evil (which was insane).

this is manga so i am not surprised. this is fiction so it can exist and i don't think anyone's morality should be judged if they like this. but man, it sucked. wish i could get the time i spent reading this back.

leo (the ML) is genuinely insane bc he went from pointing his sword at a 3 yr old to worrying about said 3 yr old's MOTHER being afraid of lightning / thunder and randomly falling down the stairs?? not the kid but the FL??? she's a grown woman, why would she be afraid.... can't even blame ogfl for being salty about being ditched atp. he's also boring af. the ogFL is clearly being manipulated and but it is so surface-level that it's not even made me curious to see who/what is manipulating her and what their goals are. mainly bc idgaf what happens to leo because he's literally a nothing burger of a character. lukas is very good but he's turning into the 2nd ML even tho he's more interesting than actual ML. love the FL's family, hate her ex husband and his mother, not even bc they're evil but they're just plain. everyone is genuinely uninteresting except mc, her son and ML's friend.

the ML would be far more interesting if this wasn't a second chance type of story. if we had stayed on the original timeline, this story would be so dark and fascinating. don't get me wrong, i like it anyway but making this a realistic manhwa with no going back in time would've given it so much flavour. i wish we could see more of timeline 1's ivorre!

well, the plot took a weird turn but tbh i took this as a polywin (eugene x cain x herrace were the realest ot3), would've been a better story w/o daniel but he grew on me, wished he became closer to everyone. tbh herrace also wasn't that interesting to me at first but grew on me a lot more than daniel did. ultimately eugene/cain cleared, would've loved an ot3 ending with them but ehhh, i loved the mls and the fl was ridiculous enough that it wasn't off putting.
