Why should he immediately accept and believe everything said by someone whose identity and background are totally unknown and clearly from another organization who was in his company's parking lot?

Why should he have to die for not unconditionally believing and immediately caring for complete stranger's rape, when it's not his fault at all and there's no evidence?

He must have been wary, thinking it might be a trap or something and that he shouldn't get involved.
And in fact, this Omega IS actually an agent of the enemy company which kidnapped ML and almost KILLED both him and MC.

After what he went through, what's wrong with prioritizing caution??

Furthermore, ML accepted him in the end, invited him into the office, treated his injuries, and even after found out he was the guy from the enemy company which tried to kill him and MC and seriously injured them, he listened to him and decided to believe what he said for now.

What's truly insane is the actions and judgment of certain dumbass who, knowing someone was the ALPHA from THAT enemy company, inexplicably gave him the fatal position of secretary and continued to pour unfounded trust into him from the very beginning.

It shows he lacks even the most basic crisis management awareness, both as a CEO and as an OMEGA who supposed desperately hate "ALL ALPHA" and said rather choose death than being fucked by ALPHA he didn't love.

They're dealing with gangs or yakuza, so it's only natural to always anticipate the worst.
In fact, ML's fighting those targeting MC day and night, putting his life on the line every day.

On the other hand, it's absolutely ridiculous that someone who lacks even the most basic sense of crisis management both as a CEO and as an Omega, and who can't even judge properly the obvious true nature of his childhood friend who has sincerely devoted him for over 10 years, or his subordinate who are by his side every day, is portrayed as 'a flawless competent guy who rose to CEO while holding his own against Alpha without anyone even realizing he was an Omega.'
If you make someone like THIS chairman, that company is doomed.

I will say it and I have said it before many times. The MC's actions are absolutely frustrating to watch. He has just a contradictory side to him. He says one thing then do another. What exactly is so special about the secretary?? Why give him so much trust? Over your childhood friend that you've known for over 10yrs?
