I'm no expert but here I goooooo :3 Diet First and foremost don't starve yourself!!! Eat three meals a day especially breakfast, a feed body=happier mind which in turn makes exercising easier and more fun which=healthy body ( you need to eat if you want to gain any endurance or strength).
