I like the story but the flow of it is kind of off
I was thinking the same. It feels like some things don't make sense because of it. I'm not lost it's just pacing feels weird so reactions feel weird which makes everything feel weird.
So there's this manga I read a long time ago and I've never been able to find it since. It's about this girl come from a long line of servants that work for this one family. I believe she's still in school. In her master is a principal of the school or headmaster. The one thing I can remember is her master has a haircut that remind me of the bottom of an acorn.
The female lead is Isekaied into the body of a plant mage or witch (can't remember which one) and starts to sell fruit and vegetables because they are rare and expensive. The male lead is a prince in hiding because his evil stepmother want him dead and he can't eat anything cooked because he has a trauma because of the stepmom poisoning his food.
