Basically tae left their org and ilay came searching for him and eventually found him n said if u ever try to run for me again im gonna kill u for real then tae got kidnapped while looking for his brother but he ended up being kidnapped by the ppl that had his brother so he was kinda just chilling but then ilay and xinlu both came at the same time to free tae and instead of going with ilay tae went with xinlu I THINK bc xinlu took his brother and he didn’t wanna be separated from his brother yet or like wanted to make sure he was safe and ilay misinterpreted this decision as tae trying to run away from him again. In ilay’s mind he thinks tae hates him bc he said before he despises him to death or wtv when he ran away the first time so ilays been holding onto those words which is why he won’t even let tae talk this time bc he’s already under the impression that tae hates him and wants nothing to do with him
