I have this very uncanny feeling that Kamino KNOWS what he's doing. Like he offered a bait, Makino took it—and then bit off a bigger chunk that he can chew. And Kamino just KNEW IT. That look in the last panel when he stares into your soul like "You have no idea." I mean... /I/ don't know what he's planning. Or if he even is. The bait might be a "you have a chance to live with me and spy on me first hand. Meanwhile I'll be irresistible and get you emotionally attached to me so /I/ can turn the tables and make you into a double agent for this company you have. MWHAHAHA." Dark, dark thoughts. I've had too much Harada this week. Guys, lets hope that I'm just paranoid.

Arrgh!! Just... so many happy feels >//w//< Shouta is just like his mom now, did anyone realize? A bright sun, or "passing storm" as they call him, lol. I liked Daiki since he was a bratty lil' shittle, surprisingly (only after he got harangued by his mother!) and I absolutely ADORE him now, GO GO DAIKI!! Shouta might love Hoshino but not in a "lovers" kind of way... hmm no no lets leave that to his dad *squee*!
But lets be honest, sometimes he's impossibly cute... which, unfortunately doesn't change the fact that I ship Take and Mine like freaking Fedex and uugh Hiroi is just so selfish. At the beginning neither Take, Mine nor Hiroi (who believed Mine would fall for Take and break up with him like all the other lovers before) were OK with the arrangement. But Hiroi wants Mine, and wants Take to want him too when Take clearly doesn't... :/ Hmph! I've never seen Hiroi's so-called "love" for Mine as genuine love, being generally very inconsiderate of his wishes and feelings and /forcing/ him around, then being all mopey when Mine doesn't do what he wants or finally reacts to Hiroi's bullshit. Take on the other hand realizes that he loves Mine, but wouldn't want Mine to fall in love with him because 1) Mine already loves Hiroi (tragic, I know), and 2) Take wants to protect Hiroi from being dumped again... SO he sacrifices his love and buries it, acting coldly towards Mine so Mine wont fall for him, and Hiroi will be happy. Ouch, that's got to hurt him. Both Mine and Take's love is real, both sacrificed something (Mine accepted Take for Hiroi's sake and did all the crap Hiroi told him to, while Take sacrificed his love itself) But what does Hiroi do? Demand attention... and force Mine to do shit he doesn't want to do...

The author has said that Take actually prefers Mine being in love with Hiroi and is happy when the two of them are in a lovey dovey situation and is ignoring him(which happens when they are both are in their own little world together). So I think Take is quite happy with what he has. So you don't have to worry about Take being hurt about it. I'm not sure where you get that he was hurt by Mine's love for Hiroi but that's not the case. If it were, it would have been obvious but it's truly no the case.
That's an interesting take on it. Haha, get it, Take? Ok sorry. That was terrible. But the author has also stated that Take sees Mine in a romantic way- in fact, Mine is Take's first love... purely one-sided first love at that. At the beggining he rationalized it with the "I love him because Hiroi loves him." And its true, but also an excuse. The obvious part of his "pain" is the maddening perturbation what at this new strange feeling he has for Mine. He's terribly conflicted and doesn't know what to do, at one point he's so frustrated he kisses Hiroi in the middle of their sexy mess thinking "you're not the one I want to kiss." He's been perfectly content in past relationships in the way that you describe, but this relationship is different- he starts to get reluctant with "sharing". By the end he comes to peace with all this. You could say he's happy now, I'm sure he's not fighting the status quo. Truth be told, no combination would work if one part was left out- Take x Mine is just hopeful (and angry) wishing. Haha!
Nah, I don't think that's pain from not being loved. But pain from not understanding his feelings.
This is the 'first time' he has felt that way. Most of the time he has left it to Hiroi to deal with his emotions and to 'lead' him in a way. He never wanted to deal with his feelings because he found that they took energy he didn't want to use. So when he finally faces the fact that he has those feelings, he does not know what to do with them. Thus, anger. And it's common to people to get angry at what they don't understand, especially for one so emotionally stunted as Take(he NEVER had to deal with his own feelings/likes/dislikes). It's new and confusing.
I don't think he has problems with the sharing itself. He has never shown to want to take Mine away. He was mostly angry about the feelings Mine evoked from him. He actually likes the fact that Mine can't be taken away, the author has said this as well. There wasn't any flashback to show he was hurt when Hiroi and Mine are together. It's always went back to his confusing feelings like he wants to kiss him, or he cares abut him like he never did about Hiroi's other exploits. I feel like the 'hurt' people feel about Take not getting Mine's love is just the reader's own feelings projecting rather than Take's actual feelings.
Once he realised his feelings and came to understand it, he was happy for it. Thus he had lesser conflicts that did not last till the end.
Poor Okumura, (and Takamine xD) I totally get why he was scared, but I once read a quote that said "Not loving for fear of heartbreak is like not living for fear or dying." May you love him to your heart's content Okumura
