The thing about official releases is that they are in different apps/company.
So most of the time you miss on other good manga/manhwa/manhua. There are also m/m/m that are not given the chance to have eng official but are good or underrated so they are scanned by random teams with their own platforms.

When I heard that One Piece is ending I was thinking that it will be my last Childhood Manga ending. Naruto, Bleach and Gintama has already ended, there is Hunter x Hunter but its in Hiatus and probably wont have an ending.
Looking back, it was almost 20 years or more and I am just moping right now why my last childhood manga is ending and it just makes me feel sad.
