I believe it's not necessarily propaganda because in the later chapters they explore many such not so widely known and rare martial arts and I remember first reading this manga back in 2020 jn a different site and the korean version came out way before the conflict so maybe it mught not have been a deliberate attempt of the authors to glorify Israel instead just showing this very particular technique and how our mc uses it
