I forgot the name of an old manga i was reading.
It was about this girl who transfer in a school dormitory and it's in love with the ML best friend.
The ML is a black haired guy with long hair that the FL end's up cutting in the first chapter because of a chewing gum. Also at the beginning the ML is pretty feared.
