Can you tell me the ending to the novel please?

It's mostly about what happened after when Edith and Killian left for Raizen, so here we go from my memories!

Edith + Killian went to Raizen. They develop the land and the people especially the healthcare system (thanks to Edith and her memories from her old world) and they have a son (Yay!). Anna and Renon get together (more YAY!)

Meanwhile Lize and Cliff get married but she stirs up trouble by spending extravagantly, spends time with men and lying to the royal family. Because the story isn't under control anymore so she's like idgaf. She ends up being sent to the convent after pretending to find the a missing prince.

Cliff in all of this couldn't really do anything because even though he didn't approve of Lize's behaviour, he was still under Lize's (Author K) control. He was wasting away basically and wasn't like his normal self anymore.

After Lize was sent to the convent, he remarried after a few years with another woman he seemed to have an amicable relationship with. I think also apologised to Edith (? I could be wrong) but by the very end of the novel he was a changed man since he wasn't K's puppet anymore.

All this time BTW the OG Lize never came back. It's all author K's doing.

And they all lived happily ever after (except for Lize but I'm sure she's cooking up something in the convent lol)

You forgot to mentioned that during cliff marriage to Rezee, not only cliff but also both the duke and duchess suffered from Rezee change personality.
The duke became an alcoholic because he was always getting upset at cliff because cliff wouldn't help him with dukedom work and because things weren't going great at his house (since not only did he lost our smart Edith's ability with work but also lost his aide Renon, since he decided to follow Edith instead of staying at the dukedom). The stress of being overworked made him become an alcoholic.

The duchess started suffering from a very deep depression from the shock of Rezee actions to the point that she no longer attended/went anywhere, she kept herself at the house and not going outside due to embarrassment to be talked bad about, plus she no longer could stand Rezze.
The only times they (duke and duchess) were happy was whenever Killion and Edith would visit them from time to time with their son. (And eventually with their second child that happened to be a girl)

And yes, after the whole aftermath with Rezee being sent away to the convent after trying to pass a poor child as the missing imperial prince, Cliff divorce her, and he sincerely and genuinely apologized to both Edith and Killion, he apologized mostly to Edith for all he had done to her in the past, and sincerely offer them an open hand if they ever were to need help from him. It did took him years to finally moved on and get remarried to a very nice girl. He genuinely fell for his new wife.

I like how Edith did all the hard work along with the help of killion and Renon to better their territory, like bringing health-care, and food-care systems ideas from her Original world (korea) to their new citizens in Ryazen and made the Ryazen territory more prosperous and lively.

But here, in the manhwa, especially with this new chapter (duke guilt-tripping Killion into being a duke after all the neglectence) makes me pretty upset for this shitty ending arc. Like their dismissing all the hard work Edith put into her territory. And what the hell is going to happen to set territory in this manhwa?. Is it just going to get forgotten?
I don't know, in my personal opinion this manhwa has become shitty ever since they made the parents and princess become more important roles (which they weren't in the novel), and when they took away Killion redemption arc in saving Edith from being killed in the kidnapping arc which was giving to the fucking princess and duchess! Like really?! That was Killion's (ML) redemption arc and they made non-important people save Edith from being killed?. Tsk.
I'm dropping this, this has become such a shitty let down for me to read.

Yep I definitely liked the novel ending more. Instead of the half-baked idea that Cliff was also somehow a transmigrator.
