I don't think that will happen. I have a feeling it's either just him for now or with Sullivan.

I think the rest of misfits still don't know what's going on and it's Azzkun and Clara who will mobilize the class. It's just like how the author makes us go through the journey in an arc - never straightforward. Iruma will most likely go through the human world (with memory loss and not knowing why he's very sad, just like Merize was). Then he'll re-encounter Merize since he used to be one of her manga assistants (one of the fan theory that Merize is the mangaka of the shojou manga treasure by Henri and Ameri)...

My other theory is that Alikred will be able to go through the human world although very weak and will cause:
1 - Misfits or Clara/Azzkun to find Iruma
2 - Sullivan and Opera (if not arrested/jailed) to find Iruma
3 - Iruma (and maybe Merize, too) to remember
