Are they still fixing the reading list cause nothing from mine is back yet and my account is made 2018

So this is about my other account. In my other account I had slowly begun getting my reads back. But I have on my own also been putting some reads in my list manually and now suddenly my reads are not coming back automatically. Did I disrupt the list from putting any reads in automatically? Im worried because its been 2 days and nothing has been ad......
