I’m not sure why this has such a high rating…the beginning was promising with all the mystery but it’s turned into literally nothing happening except ml constantly feeling sick or hurt and everyone fawning over him all the time. Ugh want to like it but just can’t follow the non existent plot.
The plot is slow, not non existent.
Now that he’s realized who he is now we gotta figure out wtf is up with his “mom” and “brother” cause didn’t they say his whole family died? I feel like some ppl took advantage of his lost memory

For the parents I have a theory : maybe a relative took him in and didn't tell him about the accident
