Everybody hates cheaters, and everyone is right, but just to be clear: the mc and the ml are in a situationship. That means that for the moment they don't feel anything for each other (or better, they think they don't feel anything for each other). They are only following an agreement (for Kiki not to get killed - more like not to let down his family - and for Fed to find the "girl" he thinks he fell in love with at first sight during that time he was injured during a snowfall... - only later on - I believe - to find out that the person he's looking for is right in front of his eyes-) Anyway! I'm not saying that it's right what Federic did (I also felt awfully bad, because technically you are married and you should not, even if there was a misunderstanding or it's on another person than the one you thought you married - at least just to keep a polished image, or to respect the other person). But... if we think logically, both of them are not engaged in any kind of feelings (as I said, not consciously). Kiran finds Federic beautiful and attractive, but he doesn't admit that he likes him (only attraction is there - he understood he is attracted to men thanks to his conversation with Ren). And Federic (who technically is disgusted by men thanks to Luciano), does not understand that he is also attracted to Kiran (at the moment he admits he likes only his legs and gets jealous over them)...
They don't know that they like each other... Damn, they don't even understand their own feeilings!
It's like the person you are attracted to goes messing around with other people, but you are not actually together, you only had and agreement that doesn't involve an actual relationship(or one w/ sex). (You don't know you like each other) So, if that friend is also attracted to you, and is morally honest with his principles, he'll come back and apologize (what Fed did), if he's an asshole, he would not.
