So I believe the manga is omegaverse and both characters are alphas, but I'm not sure. I think the story starts off with the main character being homeless and the he runs into the ML (if we can call it that). Some crazy shit happens in the past (or future) like the MC gets turned into an omega (I think)as revenge? Anyways the ML gets the MC pregnant and doesn't allow him to see his children. At some point the ML ends up living in some type of storage room or shed just outside of the estate. I do not remember anything else about this story.
