I remember reading this before and at some point dropped it, but I don’t remember why. After rereading it, it turns out there was (in my opinion) an unnecessary memory loss arc that pissed me off so bad, I immediately closed the tab. It comes out of nowhere and seems rushed(??). Beside that, I know I can’t expect much realism with these rofan manhwas but I think, personally, leaving behind two KIDS to manage a dukedom to go off on a romantic adventure with your wife and rekindle your love is really stupid. Can they just wait until idk at least 16? 17? My goodness, and they literally JUST fix their relationship with their only son. I was so confused when the panel shows them leaving on a carriage like what is going on here. I have serious issues with the way these people are so easy to dump workloads on children. The manhwa art style is cute, but I feel like I got a little click baited by the cover. Overall a 7/10, a light story when you just want something to read.
Oh, and the FL being so hell-bent on getting divorced and so sure that ML will leave her for the og!FL. It pissed me off too. I expect her to be more, idk, mature??? Especially since she’s already a full grown adult at that point. She’s a business tycoon, but she keeps making dumb decisions. I guess love do make smart people stupid. Tbh, I don’t even know why I am so passionately complaining about this, but I did enjoy this manhwa, I just wish it was a little better.

What's immature about wanting a divorce because you want to avoid heartbreak? She read the affair of her husband in a prophetic text. Since love is not an exact science, can you stay with a person who is destined to be happy with another ?
Not to mention she would be also robbing the ogfl of her happy relationship. Which is a plot point later in the story.
Bc it’s classic oblivious main character thing who won’t differentiate their own partner from the one they read on the prophetic text. Mind you, a lot of things/plots has changes at that point. She was able to alter a lot of thing so I am just annoyed as to why can’t she accepted that ML could developed deep feelings for her, a special someone who has been with him all these years, instead of relying on that prophecy. Her running away just feel like she’s taking his feelings very lightly.
But then again, if there’s no drama involving the ‘OG’ FL it would be boring. Anyway, I get what you’re saying tho, our perspectives of love are just different

But the thing is most are not oblivious. They are aware of the attachment built between them. They often just think it is not worth it. The prophetic text is pretty acurrate after all.

A lot of things also didn't change. She and many fls in her situation accept the atachment build between them as ive stated before. But to them, they themselves are *not special* to the ml. They have all pretty much witnessed and often supported and cheered for the romance between ml and ogfl. I have a bad week if i dream my partner cheating. And they have a clearly divine text involved in their death and rebirth that has never been wrong, telling them this person will love and be happily ever after another person.

It is not worth what many of these people risk by staying. Ignoring anything else, many are in patriarchal soceties that will demean her if he cheats. People had done nasty things when they are in love. Ml is esspecially vicious in this case.He got his wife executed and with his personality, he probably manipulated her into gallows once before.
We know the genre, we are aware ml wont budge. But them staying with ml often goes against evething they stood for and is a dangerous decision that can lead to their deaths.
I agree our views on their situation are quite different :) Im the type to see romeo&juliet as a warning of reckless impulsiveness of teens in love >.>
