Im afraid people will jump me for this,, but why do we call whatever they have going on as r*pe if Dan is fully aware of what he's getting himself into? Doesnt that equal to consent? From the first time they did it, JK even gave him an out but Dan himself wanted to go through with it anyway. I just don't understand all the fuss, pls enlighten me.
Pretty sure because even though he consented to having sex, while they have sex he still says no or stop and he gets ignored. Cause No means No fr. Cause it wasn’t one of those cutesy omg no I’m embarrassed type it was a no I wanna stop but you are continuing type. I think I only remember him stopping like once maybe. Also because of the fact that he’s very forceful and kinda ignores dan’s wishes and just does whatever he wants quite frankly. It’s like just because you’re in a relationship doesn’t mean you can’t get raped basically or at least that’s how I see it
definitely in the names of the law and just overall consent itself that would be considered rape, I am no person that would be like an expert on this currently but I do have my experience in it because of the field of work I'm going into from my point of view and from what I've learned for this specific job I'm doing is that that is definitely technically not fully giving someone your consent as it is technically still rape :p great points you made

i dont like that william's freedom is limited. it makes me wish they just stayed in NYC, at least there no one knew their identities and could roam freely. i feel bad for william ;((
