In Chapter 99, there's a flashback to their past life. The prince tried to propose to Lucy while she was pregnant with Noah's child. Apparently, in their previous life, Noah died in a war, leaving Lucy pregnant. The prince told her that he would take care of both her and the baby, and that they could have a child together later. Lucy was disgusted and said she would pretend she hadn't heard what he said before trying to walk away. Just like in the previous chapter, he forced a kiss on her. She immediately started panicking, collapsed to the ground, began bleeding, and then passed out.
Back in the present (right where the previous chapter ended), Lucy slaps the prince and bursts into tears. Arthur apologizes and starts crying as well. Noah then arrives, punches Arthur, and rushes to Lucy, who is completely frozen with fear. Arthur gets back up and punches Noah, demanding to know how he dares treat his "wife" like that (ugh). The two of them start fighting, and Noah partially transforms into a dragon—his teeth become sharper and his pupils turn into dragon-like slits. Arthur notices this and is shocked. Noah leaves Arthur injured on the ground before picking Lucy up and carrying her somewhere safe.
The scene then shifts to Lucy's room, where Noah is checking her injuries. They talk for a while, and he tells her he could never be angry with her. Finally, Lucy decides to open up and tell him the truth—that she isn't the real Lucia.

Oh, sorry! I completely forgot the chapters here are a bit behind. In the original, it was Chapter 98 (which would be Chapter 99 here on MangaGo) where the prince forced a kiss on Lucy.
I want more ! But Im confused. Noah and Arthur didn’t fight, and Lucy told noah she wasn’t Lucia. And this doesn’t have a novel so im confused?

Arthur and Noah only fight in Chapter 99 (which will be published here as Chapter 100).
As for Lucy's past life, I don't know if you've noticed, but she occasionally has flashbacks. Readers have already figured out that they're memories from a past life that she herself doesn't remember.
