a bit lackluster but cute

I was really excited when I first found this. There aren’t many shoujo romances that are completed and this seemed interesting and fresh. Oh how I was wrong.
Sure, it was cute at the beginning. I was really enjoying the characters and relationship building but it got really stale really fast. I was just bored! It seemed like a chore to continue.
I bookmarked my spot months ago to see if I changed my mind later on but I just feel exhausted looking at this.

5/10 Cliche and not in a fun way - ML was good looking tho so bonus points for that

The MC has died 108 times. Now that she is reborn into her 109th life, she for the first time has memories of her past lives. Her narrative has shifted. Even though there are people pulling the strings to witness her death again and again, she will change it.

Her as a baby was really cute. I usually hate reincarnations as a baby but this was cute and funny. I love the maid she’s so cool and the mom is so badass.
The baby plot was kinda meh tbh. I was more interested in the female character who was lowkey insane and insanely overpowered who wants the MC dead. It was really disappointing they never fought.

This story really felt like one arc of a story, and with that it felt a bit stretched out. It felt like a stepping stone for a giant mental chess game between the mc and the antagonist but we will never get that. It ends in an interesting way where you have to think and ponder how it will end but it’s still not enough. You can’t just have it seem like start of an uphill battle for it to just end. Kinda disappointed but it’s whatever.

8/10 overall score. I felt really emotional seeing the ghosts of the previous deaths and I liked how it humanized the demon dog a bit

FL reincarnates and wants to marry the son of a merchant.

The story started off strong but ended up becoming weaker as time went on. The ending was especially just dropped onto readers without an explanation. Rushed and botched.

I couldn’t care less about the plot. I wish there was more focus on the main couple since they were the best part. I wish they showed how possessive the ML could become and a time skip would be wonderful. I would love to see them grown older and facing the different characters in the original otome game. But we sadly can’t get that

Not gonna summarize but the ML was actually god awful like ew get away. Before getting reincarnated he was a piece of shit husband but the second she wants her own happiness and a divorce he is suddenly “interested”

He sucks ass don’t settle for a piece of shit man. Literally so angry when reading this

They fell in love with each other at first sight and held onto those memories for over a decade. What a dreamlike and whimsical romance. It was just like the rush and emotions of falling in love. The progression was fast paced and may seem idiotic but who cares!! It was such a delight to just see the emotions running high of reuniting with young love.

10/10 on GoodReads there was a comment about how they are going to “die from diseases or natives” when they moved to America

Also why tf are they going to America. Just stay where you are wtf
