Isn't it obvious, Claude knew even in the novel that Jeanette not his daughter but his brother and his ex fiancee daughter from the moment he saw her. The BHD is Claude brother, he used to be nice to Claude when they are younger, but then those black aura started to calling him and possessed him and he is changed for the worse, but they still not assimilated yet that's why Claude able to kill him (the black aura is the Emperor who is known as the strongest emperor in history but Lucas insulted him when he is a child).

Now the BHD came back to life and assimilated completely with the black aura. I guess he used immortal tree fruit or whatever it names (I forgot) cause when Lucas go to the tree location someone intentionally wasted all the fruit leaving nothing left so Lucas has no choice but to threaten the tree to give him the root (it's even better than the fruit)

I don't know whether or not it is a spoiler yet, I was just stating the obvious I guess. But it probably seems like a spoiler because its the most logical possibilty.( In my opinion.) So yeah ╮(￣▽￣)╭

I mean I saw it coming but it was something i anticipated it's just I wanted to see it in action instead of if the theories of most likely the history of the story and the future.

it's not a spoiler, it's the obvious, unless you haven't read it yet and just scroll the comment section, just reread the whole thing than you would be able to put all the pieces together.

nah, the novel is very different, this is my conclusion about the manhwa so far, I read the whole thing in one go so I could put all the pieces together. But if you still want to read the novel just go to woopread.
