I personally think the artist just has some issues with body proportions. If it's a weakness of theirs ima be forgiving. Because it's not just the uke Luan the seme looks off alot of the time as well. Even that last scene of the smex-the bodies wer off, chibi looking when it's not supposed to be, so I think it's just not being the best at body proportions and the almost chibi way it makes them both look way younger.
