The blonde guy is some sort of monster that has killed the holden guy in many different timelines and mc is starting to remember those other timelines where he witnesses holden die to the monster. The journals were all supposedly written by him in the previous timelines.

Deffinetly wait a bit more, we're finally going through the climax now, I'd probably wait till the main story ends and then start.
The end should be within the next 20 chapters, or even less (it's hard to gauge how many manhwa chapters they make out of each novel chapter)
still not finished. I'd rec reading the 120 chapters so that you don't get overwhelm by the amount of chapters to read but we still haven't finished and there's still a lot of cliffhangers.
