I think the other twin didnt die but was adopted and I guess it is elliot, no matter where you look... Elliot looks like Sean.

I just went through the chapter again. hange has eye patch. I did not see any character with eye patch dying in background

Hange died she died while trying to hold back the titan but she burned instead and at the last panel u can see hange with erwin and the other dead characters..
