Well firstly, the idol went in there hoping he'd have a good time and gain a sponsor.... little did he know that blondie is psycho so it's not his fault at all.
Secondly the manager did nothing whatsoever to actually warn the idol about the psycho ...the only thing he said was something like *it's not a good idea* *don't go this far* without justifying as to why.
Thirdly the idol is apparently used to being sponsored like this ( mention of something like it's over with the boss) so he didn't think this was out of ordinary.....agreed he should've heard the manager out ....but still it was the manager's job to let him know he was getting involved with a psycho...
