Remember that story abt a 500 yr old vampire falling in love with a highschool girl? Authors pinning 60++ year old mc's with literal children as love interest is exactly how I feel... I mean I get it, "they turned back time and now they're young again" but just like a vampire they're still old nonetheless, like I would have been fine with it if the romance happened when they're in their 30's or sumn, or if they showcased how the mc to be repulsed by the idea of being involved with a child but what the actual fuck? Like the story is fine but the undertone is not only unsettling but also somewhat predatory-help? It's even more worst since troupes like this is like a standard requirement in every "Isekai/Turn back time" stories makes you really think about how author's think *shivers
