I think the logic is oh I don’t want him to know and be sad about it but with him believing that she just left because she wanted to it’s going to hurt way more. I hate this stupid trope so much smh
Why so much hate... Dont like, dont read. Both protags have a lot of trauma and issues with dealing with their emotions and communicating, but thru their affection for each other they're getting thru it. It's so sweet and loving I look forward to when mc finally feels ready enough to have the talk <3
