Not sure on physical relationship cuz the past has not been told in much detail yet / but in my opinion nope.... And Yes Bihwan WAS romantically in love with Seoho before, he cherished him since they had been together ever since they were kids and had a bond, he literally thought about him during all that time he was isolated in that other realm. But he fell out of love with Seoho and fell Deeply for Minchan... It's like his love for Seoho was based on their past, kindness and respect and his love for Minchan is pure devotion, love, craziness.
